Three men standing together.

Leaders from local business, economic development and education came together last week at the UT Dallas 4th Annual Economic Development Summit to consider how North Texas can become a leader in “onshoring” key industries, how to build bridges between industry and academia, and resources that The University can offer as a neutral partner to advance the region. North Texas’ unique strengths in multiple cutting-edge fields including semiconductors, biotech and artificial intelligence were discussed, as well as how to nurture and promote them.
