Tomatoes, cucumbers, and other vegetables are now appearing on the micro-farm at the UTD Eco Hub, in soil enriched by years of composting. This student-led operation provides Comets with the opportunity to learn hands-on about topics such as crop rotation and organic farming. Food grown at the Eco Hub is donated to the Comet Cupboard and the North Texas Food Bank.
