Construction on the UTD Esports Center reached an important milestone on July 10, when members of the construction team and UT Dallas administration celebrated the project’s progress by signing their names to one of the building’s top roof beams before it was raised into place. This new facility is expected to become a hub for game development in The University of Texas at Dallas. The center will include classrooms, a dining venue, a broadcasting space, and a gaming arena.
