Rewind: Chemical Application Technician Oscar Pastora, left, and Groundskeeper Javier Alvarez-Morales during the first day of on-site classes for the spring semester. Like many other faculty and staff volunteers, they helped new and returning students find their way around campus, answered questions, and offered the opportunity learn about UT Dallas traditions through a Comet trivia game. It’s a way to welcome students back to the University at the beginning of every semester, and to let them get to know the people who keep UTD running.

Look for these “Welcome Back” tables to return during the first two days of the fall semester.
